Help for Ukraine

The Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights provides legal assistance and information to refugees from Ukraine. 

From the day of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, we use our knowledge and experience to provide people seeking refuge in Poland with help in legalizing their stay.

We also report the situation at border crossings and analyze changes in the law so that the authorities create an efficient and well-thought-out support system for all refugees from Ukraine.

Legal aid

We provide legal advice by e-mail (at refugees [@] hfhr.pl) and by phone, from Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 14:00 at +48 22 290 55 90.
